Survey Report of Hainan’s"One College Student in One Village Plan"Practical Teaching

海南“一村一名大学生计划”是专门培养农村基层干部的大专学历教育项目。学生来自农村,归于农村,是实施乡村振兴战略和建设农业强国的主力军和引导者。实践教学的设计和质量是实现人才培养目标的关键。海南自由贸易港建设和乡村振兴战略的实施对农村基层干部的能力提出新的要求。利用实地调研、座谈会和问卷调查方法,掌握项目实践教学的现状,了解学生对实践教学的需求,剖析实践教学存在的问题,以期为今后开展项目实践教学改革提供依据。

Hainan’s"One College Student in One Village Plan"is a junior college education program dedicated to training rural grassroots cadres.Students come from the countryside,belong to the countryside,and are the main force and guide in the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and building a strong agricultural country.The design and quality of practical teaching are the key to realizing the goal of talent training.The construction of Hainan free trade port and the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy have put forward new requirements for the ability of rural grassroots cadres.In order to provide a basis for the practical teaching reform of the project in the future,this paper used the methods of field research,symposium and questionnaire survey to grasp the current situation of project practical teaching,to understand students'needs for practical teaching,and to analyze the existing problems in practical teaching.
