精准帮扶培训实践中教师网络研修工作坊的设计与应用

Design and Application of Online Workshop for Teachers in Precise Assistance Training Practice

教师网络研修工作坊是基于教师工作坊的一种线上团体合作模式,是引领教师开展常态化研修活动的有效形式。要充分发挥教师工作坊的作用,需要结合具体的培训项目,对教师工作坊的线下、线上活动进行整合设计。基于“国培计划”——海南省“一对一”精准帮扶培训项目的实施经验,根据教师精准帮扶培训模式的实际需求,制定了教师网络研修工作坊的设计思路,阐述了教师网络研修工作坊重点考量的内容,进而将其运用到在实践中,以作为教师精准帮扶培训模式的参考。

Teacher online training workshop is an online group collaboration model based on teacher workshop,which is an effective form of guiding teachers to carry out regular training activities.To fully play the role of teacher workshop,it is necessary to integrate and design the offline and online activities of teacher workshop based on specific training projects.Based on the implementation experience of the"National Training Program",Hainan Province's"one-to-one"precise assistance training project and the actual needs of the teacher precise assistance training model,a design concept for the teacher online training workshop was developed.The key considerations of the teacher online training workshop were elaborated,and then applied in practice as a reference for the teacher precise assistance training model.
