摘要
特殊教育是建设高质量教育体系的重要内容。文章以教育部特殊教育数据为素材,分析广东省特殊教育发展的成就和问题。研究发现,广东省特殊教育学校校舍建筑面积和招生人数均居全国第一,特教教师和特教学生的规模均逐年增长。存在的问题是学段间转衔未充分畅通,特殊教育师资质量有待优化,学龄残疾儿童未充分入学。未来应采用多元入学模式,畅通学段转衔教育工作,优化职前职后特教师资的培养,改进特殊教育质量评价体系。
Special education is an important part of establishing a high-quality education system.Based on the special education data from the Ministry of Education,this paper analyzes the achievements and problems in the development of special education in Guangdong Province.It is found that the school building area and the number of students enrolled rank first in our country,and the scale of special education teachers and students increases year by year.There exist many problems that the transfer and connection between each grade stage is not good enough,the quality of special education teachers needs to be optimized,and school-age disabled children are not fully enrolled.In the future,the multiple enrollment mode should be adopted to connect the education links,the training of pre-service and post-service special teachers should be optimized and the quality evaluation system of special education should be improved.
