摘要 油田注汽锅炉作为重要稠油热采设备,锅炉水质要全面达标。目前检测多为人工检测、调控,存在检测精度低、劳动强度大、分析滞后等问题。因此提出一种基于新型锅炉水质多参数检测仪器的油田注汽锅炉多参数在线监测系统,可实现注汽油田锅炉给水低硬度、高硬度、pH、电导率、溶解氧高精度检测,硬度仪器检测精度1%以内,溶解氧仪器检测最小精度为0.1μg/L,进而指导加药、精准排污,pH维持在7.5附近,电导率维持在1055μS/cm。整个系统具有低成本、可靠性强等优势,同时可有效提升油田注汽锅炉站自动化代人、降本增效、节能减排、安全环保水平。 As an important heavy oil thermal recovery equipment,oilfield steam injection boilers need to fully meet the water quality standards.At present,detection is mostly manual and regulated,with problems such as low detection accuracy,high labor intensity,and delayed analysis.Therefore,a multi-parameter online monitoring system for oilfield steam injection boilers based on a new type of boiler water quality multi-parameter detection instrument is proposed,which can achieve high-precision detection of low hardness,high hardness,pH,conductivity,and dissolved oxygen in the feedwater of steam injection oilfield boilers.The detection accuracy of the hardness instrument is within 1%,and the minimum detection accuracy of the dissolved oxygen instrument is 0.1μg/L to guide dosing and precise discharge,maintaining pH around 7.5 and conductivity at 1055μS/cm.The entire system has advantages such as low cost and strong reliability,while effectively improving the automation of oilfield steam injection boiler stations,reducing costs and increasing efficiency,energy conservation and emission reduction,and safety and environmental protection levels.
