基于WebGIS的城市危险因素预防空间数据信息协作平台

摘要 城市危险因素涉及气象等多个方向,为了给城市危险因素预防策略制定提供可靠数据支持,设计基于WebGIS的城市危险因素预防空间数据信息协作平台。构建城市危险因素预防空间数据信息协作平台总体框架,经数据处理模块调用小波阈值法对其作去噪处理后,保存在空间、属性数据库中。通过业务应用层的风险评估预警模块调用数据库中的空间数据信息,采用基于TOPSIS法完成城市综合危险评估,根据评估结果制定合适的应对策略对城市危险因素进行预防。实验结果表明:该平台可提高城市空间数据信息质量,30 dB信噪比下的RMSE值为0.15;可实现城市不同区划综合危险等级的确定。 Urban risk factors involve multiple aspects,for example,meteorology.A WebGIS⁃based spatial data information collaboration platform for urban risk factor prevention is designed to provide reliable data support for the formulation of urban risk factor prevention strategies.An overall framework of the spatial data information collaboration platform for urban risk factor prevention is constructed.The wavelet threshold is called by data processing module to denoise it,which is then saved in the spatial and attribute databases.The spatial data information in the database is called by the risk assessment and warning module of the business application layer.The urban comprehensive risk assessment is completed with the TOPSIS(technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution)method.On the basis of the assessment results,appropriate response strategies are determined to prevent urban risk factors.The experimental results show that the platform can improve the quality of urban spatial data information(the RMSE(root⁃mean⁃square error)value at 30 dB SNR is 0.15.);it can achieve the determination of comprehensive hazard levels for different urban divisions.
