江苏省南水北调多工程多目标联合优化调度方法 被引量:1

A multi-objective joint optimal operation method for the South-to-North Water Diversion Project in Jiangsu Province

摘要 为统筹协调江苏省南水北调水资源调配系统内各方用水要求和矛盾,提升工程效率,降低系统耗电成本,提出了面向多工程多目标的联合优化调度方法,并基于该方法构建了联合调度优化模型,针对丰、平、枯3种典型年提出了联合优化调度方案。与江水北调工程与南水北调东线一期工程实际的独立运行调度模式对比结果表明,联合优化调度方案总耗电成本可分别降低31%、14%和29%,相较于独立运行调度模式,联合优化调度方案能更科学地进行水源及输水线路的选择和切换,更充分地利用沿线湖泊的调蓄能力,通过复杂闸泵系统的联合运行,实现不同类别水源的互济互调,更有效地提升系统效益。 In order to coordinate the water demand and contradiction of all parties in the water resources allocation system of South-to-North Water Diversion Project in Jiangsu Province,and improve the engineering efficiency and reduce the power consumption cost of the system,a multi-project and multi-objective joint optimization scheduling method was proposed.Based on this method,a joint optimization scheduling model was constructed,and a joint optimal scheduling scheme was proposed for three typical years of abundant,flat and dry water.Compared with the actual independent operation and dispatching mode of the North River Water Diversion Project and the East Route of the first phase of the South-North Water Diversion Project,the total power consumption cost of the joint optimal dispatching scheme can be reduced by 31%,14%and 29%,respectively.Compared with the independent operation and dispatching mode,the joint optimal scheduling scheme can select and switch the water source and the water transmission route more scientifically,and make full use of the storage capacity of lakes along the route.Through the joint operation of complex sluice pump system,the mutual economy of different water sources can be realized,and the efficiency of the system can be improved more effectively.
