摘要
研究开发了采用两级湿法研磨方法制备100 g/L螺虫乙酯纳米悬浮剂。通过对润湿分散剂、增稠剂的筛选,确定配方组成:螺虫乙酯原药(折百)9.7%、49133%、TRST 5%、500LQ 4%、丙三醇5%、黄原胶0.1%、硅酸镁铝0.5%、卡松0.15%、T2050.1%、去离子水补足100%。通过田间药效试验验证,药后14 d,对烟粉虱若虫的防效在77.8%以上,其中135 g a.i./hm^(2)处理的防效为90.9%,显著高于同剂量常规悬浮剂防治效果。该螺虫乙酯纳米剂型产品稳定性好,具有较高开发及推广价值。
The study has developed the formulation of spirotetramat 100 g/L nano suspension concentrate,prepared by wet grinding technology.The main adjuvants of the formulation such as wetting dispersant,thickener were screened.The optimum formulation of spirotetramat 100 g/L nano suspension concentrate was as follows:spirotetramat 9.7%,49133%,TRST 5%,500LQ 4%,glycerol 5%,aluminium-magnesium silicate 0.5%,xanthan 0.1%,kathon 0.15%,T2050.1%,deionized water adding to 100%.Meanwhile,the validation results of field efficacy trials were as follows:after 14 days after treatment with spirotetramat 100 g/L nano suspension concentrate,the control effect was more than 77.8%.And after treatment at 135 g a.i./ha with spirotetramat 100 g/L nano suspension concentrate,the control effect was 90.9%,which was better than the control of same dose with spirotetramat 100 g/L suspension concentrate.The optimal spirotetramat 100 g/L nano suspension concentrate was stable and valuable for further industrial production and application.
