Development Opportunity and Efficiency Enhancement Path of Family Sports in Context of“Double Reduction”Policy

探讨“双减”背景下家庭体育的发展契机与现实困境,并提出增效路径。研究认为,青少年家庭体育锻炼时机增多,学校体育为家庭体育奠定基础,疫情期间家庭体育积累经验,域外家庭体育发展提供镜鉴是“双减”背景下家庭体育的发展契机。当前存在民众家庭体育意识淡薄,应试教育挤压家庭体育发展;学校体育与家庭体育衔接不畅,“家校社”协同育人未能落实;家庭环境异化导致家庭矛盾凸显,家庭体育资源供给不足;家庭体育融入家风建设缺位,家庭体育代际传递养成缺失等现实困境。据此,从价值引领、制度加持、实践支撑、资源整合、科技赋能五个方面提出家庭体育发展的增效路径。

The study explores the development opportunities and practical dilemmas of family sports in the context of“double reduction”policy,and proposes a path to increase the effectiveness of family sports.The paper concludes that it is a developing opportunity for family sports that the sports time of the students has increased,that the school sports have laid the foundation for family sports,that the family sports have accumulated experience during the epidemic,and that the development of family sports abroad has provided references.There are also some problems such as weak awareness of family sports,exam-oriented education limiting the development of family sports,the unsound communication between school sports and family sports,and unsatisfactory collaborative education of“family,school and society”,the family conflict caused by the alienation of the family environment,the insufficient supply of family sports resources,and absence in family sports culture construction and generational transmission.The paper proposes the path of increasing the effectiveness of family sports development in the five aspects of value leadership,institutional support,practice support,resource integration,and scientific and technological empowerment.
