体教融合背景下我国竞技体育后备人才的培养路径 被引量:2

摘要 体教融合对于竞技体育后备人才的培养具有多重价值,有助于推进体育部门与教育部门的协同管理,有效解决“学训矛盾”,缓解运动员退役就业问题。目前我国竞技体育后备人才培养存在如下问题:政策推进滞缓,基层建设困难;培养主体单一,全面培养受阻;师资能力有限,融合培养困难;未来出路不畅,人才基数下降;社会培养薄弱,制度亟须完善。提出以下发展路径:制定统一评价体系,贯彻地方政策实施;提升主体培养能力,推动人才全面发展;健全科学育人机制,提升融合培养效率;创新人才发展通道,打通多级上升链条;推进社会组织发展,拓宽人才培养道路。 The integration of sports and education has multiple values for the cultivation of reserve talents in competitive sports,which helps to promote the synergistic management between sports departments and education departments,effectively solve the“contradiction between learning and training”,and alleviate the problem of athletes’retirement and employment.At present,the cultivation of reserve talents for competitive sports in China has the following problems,i.e.,the lag in policy promotion and difficulties in grass-roots construction,a single cultivation main body and obstacles in comprehensive cultivation,limited capacity of teachers and limited integration of cultivation,poor future prospects and decline in the talent base,weak social cultivation and the system needs to be improved urgently.The paper proposes to formulate a unified evaluation system and carry out local policy implementation,enhance the ability of the main body to cultivate and promote the comprehensive development of talents,improve the scientific nurturing mechanism and enhance the efficiency of integrated cultivation,innovate the talent development channel and open up the multilevel upward chain,and push forward the development of social organizations to broaden the path of talent cultivation.
