Value Review,Realistic Dilemma and Promotion Path of Sports Tourism Assisting Rural Revitalization

立足乡村振兴的时代背景,解析体育旅游助力乡村振兴的时代价值,分析现阶段乡村体育旅游发展面临的困境,提出乡村振兴战略下乡村体育旅游的发展路径。乡村体育旅游有助于加快产业融合,促进消费结构升级;改善生活环境,构建生态宜居乡村;推进乡风文明建设,提高村民综合素质;提升乡村文化自信,形成治理有效新格局;缩小城乡差距,实现生活富裕。但是在发展乡村体育旅游的过程中仍存在人才培养方案滞后,复合型专业人才短缺;同质化现象严重,资源特色不明显;统筹规划模糊,配套设施不完善;低碳意识欠缺,环境承载预警机制薄弱等发展困境。提出以下推进路径:构建专业人才支撑体系,培养乡村体育旅游高质量人才;合理开发乡村资源,打造鲜明地域特色;科学统筹规划,完善配套设施;加强主体环保意识,鼓励低碳行为。

Based on the background of the era of rural revitalization,the paper analyzes the value of sports tourism to help rural revitalization and the dilemmas of the rural sports tourism development at this stage,and puts forward the development path of the rural sports tourism.Rural sports tourism can help accelerate industrial integration and promote the upgrading of the consumption structure.It is proposed to improve the living environment and build an ecologically livable countryside,to promote the construction of rural civilization and improve the comprehensive quality of villagers,to enhance the confidence of rural culture and form a new pattern of effective governance and to narrow the urban-rural gap and achieve a rich life.However,in the process of developing rural sports tourism,there are still some problems of lagging behind in talent training programs,a shortage of composite professionals,serious homogenization phenomenon,unclear resource characteristics,unclear integrated planning,unsatisfying supporting facilities,lack of low-carbon awareness and weak environmental warning mechanism.The paper proposes to build a professional talent support system and cultivate high-quality talents for rural sports tourism,to reasonably develop rural resources and create distinctive regional characteristics,to scientifically coordinate planning and improve supporting facilities and to strengthen the environmental awareness and encourage low-carbon behavior.
