日本JOC精英学院人才培养模式的经验及启示

Experience of Talent Cultivation Model of JOC Elite College in Japan and Implications for China

JOC(日本奥委会)精英学院作为专门为本国参加国际顶级赛事提供后备人才储备的学校,实现了运动员竞技水平提升与未来出路多元化同步发展,形成了特色鲜明的人才培养模式。在我国积极倡导依托体教融合培养高水平竞技体育人才的社会背景下,JOC(日本奥委会)精英学院人才培养模式的经验具有如下启示:应以全面发展为培养理念,以实现竞技能力、认知能力和生活能力共同发展为宗旨,从坚持青少年运动员培养精英化、重视青少年精英运动员综合能力培养、做好现役期间职业生涯规划工作等方面着手,有效提升我国竞技体育后备人才培养的成材率,积极促进体教融合的有效实施,规避竞技体育“独木桥”带来的择业风险。

JOC(Japan Olympic Committee)Elite Academy,as a school specializing in providing reserve talents for the country’s participation in international top-level events,has realized the simultaneous development of the improvement of the athletic level and the diversification of the future pathway,and has formed a distinctive talent cultivation model.China actively advocates the cultivation of high-level athletic talents based on integration of sports and education,and in this context,the experience of JOC Elite Academy’s talent cultivation model has the following revelations:the talent cultivation should be based on the cultivation concept of comprehensive development,and take the purpose of realizing the common development of athletic ability,cognitive ability and life ability,and start from the elite cultivation and comprehensive development of young athletes and their professional plan design,so as to effectively implement the integration of sport and education and avoid the future career risk.
