未来安全与应急管理人才培养模式实践——以“安全与职业卫生评价”为例

为对接应急管理领域全方位需求,提升学生的专业实践能力,我校面向连云港本地的石化、医药、港口物流等行业领域,扎实培养复合型未来安全与应急管理专业人才,着力提升企业应急管理人员管理水平,切实服务地方经济社会发展,积极打造安全与应急管理人才培养模式样板,助力提升地方本质安全水平。“安全与职业卫生评价”课程是江苏海洋大学校安全工程的专业必修课,以理论教学和实践结合的方式进行。通过课程学习,使学生深化对安全与职业卫生评价基本理论认识,进一步掌握危害因素、有害因素识别和重大危险源的辨识方法和原理,了解各种安全评价方法的概念、内容、种类、优缺点等,通过参与具体工程实践,理论联系实际,熟练掌握各种具体的安全与职业卫生评价方法,并具备一定的应用能力,以培养德才兼备的应用型安全与应急管理人才。

In order to meet the comprehensive needs of emergency management and enhance students'professional practical abilities,our school focuses on cultivating composite safety and emergency management professionals in industries such as petrochemical,pharmaceutical,and port logistics in Lianyungang,focusing on improving the management level of enterprise emergency management personnel,effectively serving local economic and social development,and actively creating a model for training safety and emergency management talents,and improving local intrinsic safety levels.The course"Safety and Occupational Health Evaluation"is a compulsory course for safety engineering in university which combines theoretical teaching with practical experience.Through course learning,students can deepen their understanding of the basic theory of safety and occupational health evaluation,further master the identification methods and principles of hazardous factors and major hazard,understand the concept,content,types,advantages and disadvantages of various safety evaluation methods,and master various specific safety and occupational health evaluation methods by participating in specific engineering practices,integrating theory with practice,and possess certain application abilities to cultivate applied safety and emergency management talents with both moral and professional abilities.
