摘要
明确数字化赋能内涵及维度的基础上,从动态资源配置、产品创新、服务创新及价值共创4个层面剖析数字化赋能制造企业服务化转型路径。研究表明,数字化赋能企业动态资源配置是实现服务化转型的低级路径,数字化赋能产品创新和服务创新是中级路径,数字化赋能价值共创是高级路径;并在此基础上综合各条路径提炼出多层次联动的数字化赋能制造企业服务化转型路径模型。
On the basis of clarifying the connotation and dimension of digital empowerment,the study analyzes the servitization transformation path of manufacturer from four aspects:dynamic resource allocation,product innovation,service innovation and value co-creation.We find that the dynamic resource allocation is the low-level path to realize the servitization transformation,the product and service innovation are the middle-level path,and the value co-creation is the high-level path;and then,we synthesize multi-level linkage paths to the model of servitization transformation.
