基于碳足迹的旅游行业温室气体排放核算方法研究

Study on GHG Emissions Calculating Method for Tourism Industry Based on Carbon Footprint

完整、准确的温室气体排放核算是应对气候变化的重要基础工作,现有的温室气体排放核算指南主要针对电力、钢铁等生产性重点排放行业,尚未针对旅游行业制定排放核算指南。由于较大的累积排放影响,及其在排放主体、排放周期和排放边界等方面的特点,现有的核算方法不适用于旅游行业温室气体排放核算,亟待制定适用的核算方法以推进低碳旅游的开展。为建立旅游温室气体排放核算体系,在分析排放核算体系现状和旅游排放特点的基础上,对基于碳足迹的旅游行业温室气体排放核算方法进行了研究,并对其实施提出了发展建议。

Complete and accurate greenhouse gas(GHG)emissions calculation is an important basic work for encountering climate change.Existing GHG emissions calculation guidelines or standards have been published for key emitting manufacture sectors like electricity generating,steel,cement etc,while there is no guideline or standard published for emissions from tourism industry.As a result of the large amount of accumulate GHG emissions and characteristics in GHG emissions bodies,emission boundary,emission cycle and other aspects of tourism industry,the existing GHG emissions calculation guidelines and standards are not applicable to tourism activities.It is urgent to development GHG emissions calculating standard or guideline for tourism activities so as to promote development of low-carbon tourism.Based on analysis on the current situation of GHG accounting system and characteristic of GHG emissions in tourism industry,the GHG emissions accounting method for tourism industry based on carbon footprint is studied and suggestions are given for implementation of GHG emissions calculation in tourism industry.
