摘要
以养殖水产品为分析对象,采用超高液相色谱-串联质谱法对2019年某省生产和流通环节的38个品种685批次水产品中6种喹诺酮类抗生素(QNs)含量进行定量检测,同时评估居民摄入水产品中恩诺沙星的健康风险。结果显示,20.73%的水产品存在不同程度的QNs检出,不合格样品占2.34%,洛美沙星与培氟沙星均为未检出,其余4种QNs检出率为0.44%~16.64%。总体上检出浓度,蛙类>淡水鱼>龟鳖类>海水鱼>虾类>蟹类。检出的水产品以恩诺沙星、环丙沙星为主。水产品中恩诺沙星的健康风险处于较低水平,但应密切关注长期或大量食用蛙类、龟鳖类带来的健康风险。
The occurrence of quinolone antibiotics in aquiculture products(685 samples of 38 species)collected from production and circulation in 2019 were studied by ultra-high liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry,and their health riskwas evaluated,simultaneously.The results showed that QNs were detected in 20.73%of aquatic,and 2.34%were unqualified samples.Lomefloxacin and pefloxacin were not detected,and the detection rates of the other four QNs ranged from 0.44%to 16.64%.In general,the concentrations of quinolone antibiotics were in the order of frogs>freshwater fish>turtles>seawater fish>shrimp>crabs.Enrofloxacin and ciprofloxacin were the predominant among the detected aquatic products.Based on health risk assessment,all detected aquatic products were considered safe for consumption,but the health risk caused by long-term or large amount consummation of frogs and turtles would require close attention.
