摘要
2022年1—7月,采用调查分析、经验总结的方法,梳理云南省2014—2021年间湿地生态效益补偿的实践做法,总结湿地生态效益补偿存在的问题,提出进一步完善云南湿地生态补偿机制的政策建议。
From January 2022 to July 2022,the methods of investigation,analysis and experience summary were adopted to sort out the practical practices of wetland ecological benefit compensation in Yunnan Province from 2014 to 2021,the existing problems of wetland ecological benefit compensation were summarized,and the policy suggestions for further improving the ecological compensation mechanism in Yunnan wetland were put forward.
