毕业生就业质量预测模型研究

摘要 高等教育的深化改革和高质量发展对高校的学科、专业建设以及招生工作带来巨大挑战,高校应结合实际情况调整专业设置和招生计划以应对新形势.本文针对毕业生就业质量各评价指标构建灰色预测模型,结合层次分析法,对毕业生未来几年的就业质量进行预测,并对各专业进行内部评价,以期为招生管理部门科学调整招生计划提供理论依据. The deepening reform and high-quality development of higher education have brought great challenges to the construction of disciplines,majors and enrollment work in colleges and universities.Colleges and universities should adjust the specialty setting and enrollment plan according to the actual situation to cope with the new situation.Based on the evaluation indicators of the employment quality of graduates,this paper builds a gray prediction model and combines the analytic hierarchy process to predict the employment quality of graduates in the next few years,and carries out internal evaluation of each major,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the enrollment management department to scientifically adjust the enrollment plan.
