民国时期中华职业教育社农村改进理论述要

摘要 民国时期中华职业教育社对农村改进的起源、内容、组织模式以及意义进行了系统阐释,指出农村改进工作既离不开农民的自动参与,也要由专门的农村改进人员来促动,还应当寻求政府的帮助与支持。职教社还对农村改进实施过程中“农民化”和“化农民”、农村领袖的训练方法、农村改进的工作策略等细节问题作了特别论述。 During the period of the Republic of China,the National Association of Vocational Education of China systematically explained the origin,content,organizational model and significance of rural improvement,and pointed out that rural improvement work cannot be separated from the automatic participation of farmers,but also should be promoted by specialized rural improvement personnel,and should also seek the help and support of the government.In addition,the National Association of Vocational Education of China also made a special discussion on the details of the implementation process of rural improvement,such as“becoming a farmer”and“transforming farmers”,training methods of rural leaders,and working strategies for rural improvement.
