微时代高校思想政治“微教育”五位一体格局构建

Construction of the Five-in-one Pattern of Ideological and Political“Micro-education”in Colleges and Universities in the Micro-era

高校思政教育是培养大学生形成符合社会主义核心价值观要求的思想与行为模式的重要方式。传统的思政教育被局限在课堂与书本之中,教育内容枯燥,教学方式呆板,教学成效低下。微时代的到来,对思政教育形成冲击与挑战,也带来了更多的发展机遇和资源。本文对微时代背景下高校思政教育开展中存在的问题进行分析,从微平台打造、微队伍建设、微课堂组织、微环境营造、微管理提升五个方面探讨构建五位一体的思政教育开展模式的策略和方法。

Ideological and political education in colleges and universities is an important way to train college students to form ideological and behavior patterns in line with the requirements of socialist core values.Traditional ideological and political education is limited to the classroom and books,the educational content is boring,the teaching methods are rigid,and the teaching effect is low.The arrival of the micro era has formed an impact and challenge to ideological and political education,and also brought more development opportunities and resources.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities under the background of micro-era,and discusses the strategies and methods of constructing five-in-one ideological and political education development mode from five aspects of micro-platform construction,micro-team construction,micro-classroom organization,micro-environment construction and micro-management improvement.
