日本高等职业教育专业建设的特点及启示——以专门职大学为例

Characteristics and Enlightenment of Specialty Construction in Higher Vocational Education in Japan——A Case Study of Vocational Universities

日本高等职业教育有近六十年的经验,已经形成了较为完善的职业教育体系。其中,专门职大学的专业建设具有较为完备的系统,呈现出人才培养目标定位清晰化、应用型课程体系完备化、实践教学体系科学化、双师型教师队伍建设严格化、质量保障与评价体系合理化、应用型人才培养模式弹性化等特点,在制度体系、课程设置、教师队伍建设、质量保障体系方面对中国高等职业教育的发展具有较好的借鉴作用和参考价值。

Japan’s higher vocational education,with a history of nearly 60 years,has formed a relatively sophisticated vocational education system.The specialty construction of vocational universities in higher vocational education in Japan has a relatively complete system,with clearness in positioning of talent training objectives,completeness in applied curriculum system,scientificity in practical teaching system,strictness in the requirements for double qualified teachers,reasonability in quality assurance and evaluation system,flexibility inthe training mode of talent training,etc.It gives enlightenment to China’s higher vocational education in terms of system construction,curriculum setting,team construction of teaching force and quality assurance system.
