摘要
选取了20批次不同企业生产的自粘聚合物改性沥青防水卷材,测试了不同放置时间后卷材与卷材、卷材与铝板的剥离强度。结果表明:随着放置时间的延长,卷材与卷材、卷材与铝板的剥离强度逐渐减小,主要原因是环境中的光、氧和热等因素的影响,使沥青表面轻质组分挥发和氧化,分子结构发生重组和改变,导致卷材物理性能下降。
20 batches of self-adhesive polymer modified bitumen waterproofing membrane produced by different enterprises are selected,and the peel strength between membrane and membrane,as well as between membrane and aluminum sheets are tested after different storage times.The results show that as the storage time prolongs,both the peeling strength between membrane and membrane,and that between membrane and aluminum plate gradually decrease.The main reason is the influence of factors such as light,oxygen,and heat in the environment,which causes the volatilization and oxidation of lightweight components on the bitumen surface,recombines and changes the molecular structure,and leads to a decrease in the physical properties of the membrane.
