摘要
以苯丙乳液作为成膜物质,1250目沉淀硫酸钡和重质碳酸钙作为填料制备聚合物乳液建筑防水涂料,考察沉淀硫酸钡的添加量对涂料拉伸性能、粘结强度、吸水率以及施工性能的影响。结果表明,沉淀硫酸钡有利于提升聚合物乳液建筑防水涂料的产品性能。当苯丙乳液添加量为48%、重质碳酸钙添加量为30%、去离子水添加量为5%、沉淀硫酸钡添加量为17%、其他助剂适量时制备的聚合物乳液建筑防水涂料,无处理拉伸性能和热、碱和酸处理后的拉伸性能符合标准JC/T 864—2008的要求并有较大的余量,同时具有较高粘结强度和较低吸水率,在立面施工时具有较好的抗流挂性能。
A kind of polymer emulsion based building waterproofing coating is prepared with styrene acrylic emulsion as film-forming material and 1250 mesh precipitated barium sulfate and heavy calcium carbonate as fillers,and the adding amount of precipitated barium sulfate on the tensile property,bonding strength,water absorption and application property of the coating are studied.The results show that precipitated barium sulfate is beneficial to improving the product performance of polymer emulsion based building waterproofing coating.When the addition amount of styrene acrylic emulsion is 48%,heavy calcium carbonate is 30%,deionized water is 5%,precipitated barium sulfate is 17%,and other additives are appropriate,the polymer emulsion building waterproofing coating prepared can meet the requirements of standard JC/T 864-2008 in terms of tensile properties of the coating without treatment and after heat,alkali and acid treatment,and has a large margin.At the same time,it has high bonding strength and low water absorption,and has good resistance to sagging during facade application.
