摘要
以节约资源与减少环境负面影响为出发点,结合郑州某小区混凝土平屋面渗漏水的修缮施工案例,提出了不拆除原屋面构造层次的渗漏水治理新技术,即:细部节点部位防水密封修复+找坡层内压密灌浆+层间注浆再造防水层,真正实现了屋面渗漏水治理与节能环保并举的绿色施工理念。
Taking resource conservation and reduction of negative environmental impacts as the starting points,and with the leakage repair case of the concrete flat roof in a residential area in Zhengzhou as example,a new leakage treatment technology without dismantling the original roof structure is proposed,which is:waterproofing and sealing repair for details+internal compact grouting of sloping layer+interlayer grouting to rebuild the waterproofing layer.This truly realizes the green construction concept of combining roof leakage treatment with energy conservation and environmental protection.
