康养人才培养产教融合生态圈的构建研究

近年来,我国人口老龄化程度加快,高龄化、空巢化对于康养需求激增,职业教育通过产教融合打造康养人才培养生态圈,对于整合各方资源、提高行业适应性具有积极意义。基于康养行业的发展趋势,打造康养人才培养产教融合生态圈需要具有拓展性、现代化和先进性,要服务国家发展战略规划,找准产教融合生态圈的出发点,明确人才培养问题导向,确立产教融合生态圈的支撑点,明确产教融合生态圈的结合点。由此,文章提出通过建立基本架构、做优专业链条、深化三教改革、聚焦创新链条、提高服务贡献等方面打造康养人才培养产教融合生态圈。

In recent years,China s population is aging rapidly.The demand for health and wellness has increased rapidly with the aging and empty-nest population.The vocational education has created an ecological circle for the cultivation of health and wellness professionals through the integration of industry and education.For the integration of resources,improving the adaptability of the industry has a positive significance.Based on the development trend of the health and recuperation industry,it is necessary to build the ecological circle of the integration of industry and education for health and recuperation professionals with the characteristics of expansion,modernization and advancement,so as to serve the National Development Strategic Plan and find the starting point of the ecological circle of the integration of industry and education,clear personnel training issues to establish the support point of integration of industry and education eco-sphere,clear integration of industry and education eco-sphere point.Therefore,this paper puts forward some measures,such as establishing the infrastructure,building the excellent professional chain,deepening the reform of the three education,paying attention to innovation chain,and increasing service contribution,to build the ecological circle of integration of production and education.
