摘要
目的研究团体绘画疗法对高职护生学业压力的干预效果。方法在南京某医药卫生高职院护理专业在校生中发放《大学生学习压力感问卷》进行前测,随机选取20名问卷得分数≥153分的学生,即满足学业压力感大这一条件的学生,对其进行每周1次,每次90 min,总共6次的团体绘画疗法心理辅导,辅导后再对其进行学习压力感问卷后测。结果研究对象的学习压力感前测总分以及学习前景压力等7个维度的前测分数要显著高于其后测分数,研究对象的主观体验也进一步佐证了数据分析结果。结论团体绘画心理辅导可以有效改善高职护生的学业压力水平。
Objective To explore the intervention effect of group painting therapy on academic stress of nursing students in higher vocational colleges.Methods In a medical and health vocational college in Nanjing,nursing students were issued with College Students Learning Stress Questionnaire for pre-test.20 students with scores higher than or equal to 153 points were randomly selected,that is,students who met the conditions of high sense of academic pressure.They were took weekly group painting psychological counseling for 90 minutes each time,a total of 6 times.After the counseling,they were tested with the College Students Learning Stress Questionnaire.Results The total score of pre-test and the seven dimensions of academic stress(including learning prospect pressure)were significantly higher than those of the post-test.The subjective experience of the study subjects further supported the results of the data analysis.Conclusions Group painting psychological counseling can effectively reduce the academic stress level of nursing students in higher vocational colleges.
