盐酸奥布卡因凝胶用于超声引导下PICC置管术镇痛的效果分析

Effect of oxybuprocaine hydrochloride gel for pain control during ultrasound-guided PICC catheterization

目的评价盐酸奥布卡因凝胶在超声引导下PICC置管术中的镇痛效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年12月在粤北人民医院拟行超声引导下PICC置管术的患者90例为研究对象,随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组患者采用2%盐酸利多卡因行浸润麻醉,观察组则采用盐酸奥布卡因凝胶行表面麻醉,比较两组患者置管过程中不同时间点的疼痛评分、1次置管成功率、置管后并发症发生率和患者满意度等指标。结果观察组患者不同时间点的疼痛评分和整体疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),两组1次置管成功率和置管后并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论盐酸奥布卡因凝胶可安全有效地用于预防PICC置管术的疼痛。

Objective To evaluate the analgesic effect of oxybuprocaine hydrochloride gel in ultrasound-guided peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)placement.Methods 90 patients who were planned to undergo ultrasound-guided PICC placement in Yue Bei People s Hospital(a tertiary hospital)from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected,they were randomly divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group patients received infiltration anesthesia with 2%lidocaine hydrochloride,while the observation group received surface anesthesia with oxybuprocaine hydrochloride gel.The scores of pain at different time points during the catheterization procedure,first-attempt success rate,incidence of complications after catheterization,and patient satisfaction were compared.Results The overall score of pain and at different time points of score in the observation group were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The patient satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),while the first-attempt success rate and incidence of complications after catheterization were similar between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Oxybuprocaine hydrochloride gel can be safely and effectively used to prevent pain during PICC catheterization.
