偏远低渗透油田集输工艺适应性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目前地处偏远的低渗透油田常采用拉油、环状掺水及单管电加热的集油工艺,选择适合的站外集油工艺成为节能降耗的关键。以某偏远低渗透油田的产油区块为切入点,探索该区块的拉油、环状掺水和单管电加热集油工艺的适应性。经研究得出,在水力、热力条件均能满足需求的前提下,从降低能耗的角度,宜采用环状掺水集油工艺;从降低一次性投资的角度,宜采用拉油工艺;从降低产能周期内的10年费用限值的角度,需进行综合对比。对于研究区块的4口新建水平井,采用环状掺水集油工艺的投资及10年费用限值最低。该研究方法及结论对于偏远低渗透油田集输工艺的选择具有重要的借鉴意义。 At present,low-permeability oilfields located in remote areas often use the oil-gathering technology of pulling oil,annular water mixing,and single-tube electric heating.The selection of suitable off-site oil gathering process becomes the key to energy saving and consumption reduction.In this paper,an oil-producing block in a remote low-permeability oilfield is taken as the entry point to explore the adaptability of oil pulling,annular water mixing,and single-tube electric heating oil gathering processes.It can be concluded that under the premise that both hydraulic and thermal conditions can meet the demand,from the perspective of reducing energy consumption,it is advisable to adopt an annular water mixing oil gathering process.For reducing one-time investment,it is advisable to use the oil-pulling process.However,from the perspective of reducing the 10-year cost limit within the production capacity cycle,a comprehensive comparison is needed.For the 4 newly constructed horizontal wells in the research block,the investment and 10-year cost limits of using the annular water mixing oil gathering process are the lowest.The research conclusion of this research method has important reference significance for the selection of gathering and transportation processes in remote low-permeability oilfields.
