建设期管道完整性管理探索与现场实践

Exploration and On-site Practice of Pipeline Integrity Management during Construc⁃tion Period

在工业化进程不断发展的过程中,管道为能源运输提供了新方式,管道的安全运营有效的保障了国家能源安全,管道完整性管理在管道全生命周期中起十分重要的作用。2022年大庆油田第一采油厂南一区西西块产能建设工程新建各类管道535.61 km,结合近年来管道失效情况分析,在建设过程中试点探索建设期管道完整性管理工作。通过成立管理组织机构,明确参建各方职责,加强材料质量管控及开展质量管理专项检查等活动,促进参建各方履职能力及工程建设实体质量提升,为运行期管道完整性管理奠定基础,形成建设期管道完整性管理的可复制、可推广的工作经验,指导建设期管道完整性管理工作。

In the process of continuous development of industrialization,pipeline provides a new way for energy transportation,and the safe operation of pipeline effectively guarantees national energy security.Pipeline integrity management plays a very important role in the whole life cycle of pipelines.In 2022,the production capacity construction project of Xixi Block in Nanyi Area of the No.1 Oil Production Plant has newly built 535.61 km of various pipelines.Combined with the analysis of pipeline failure in recent years,pilot exploration of pipeline integrity management work during the construction period in the process of capacity construction is carried out.By establishing a management organization,clarifying the responsibilities of the participating parties,strengthening material quality management control,and carrying out special quality management inspections,etc.,the improvement of the performance ability of the participating parties and the quality of the project construction entity are promoted,which lays the foundation for pipeline integrity management during the operation period,and forms replicable and popularizable work experience for pipeline integrity management during construction period.Thus,it guides the pipeline integrity management work during the construction period.
