水泥混凝土路面板脱空检测方法研究

摘要 为了及时预防和处治路面板脱空问题,延续和提高道路服务质量,准确判定板底的脱空状况,采用地震波法检测水泥混凝土路面板脱空动力响应。室内试验通过传感器采集和分析水泥混凝土路面板的应变和加速度。结果表明:随着路面板的脱空面积增加,板的应变变大,振动时间变长,最大振幅的频率降低,振动加速度变大,而且板顶应变小于板底应变,随着落锤高度变化,试验结果也不同;非脱空水泥混凝土路面板的应变和振动时间以及最大加速度远小于脱空水泥混凝土路面板,脱空水泥混凝土路面板最大振幅对应的频率要更小。 In order to timely prevent and deal with the problem of pavement slab void,continue and improve the quality of road service,and accurately determine the void condition at the bottom of the slab,the seismic wave method is used to detect the dynamic response of cement concrete pavement slab void.In indoor tests,sensors are used to collect and analyze the strain and acceleration of cement concrete pavement slabs.The results show that as the void area of the pavement slab increases,the strain of the slab increases,the vibration time increases,the frequency of the maximum amplitude decreases,and the vibration acceleration increases.Moreover,the strain at the top of the slab is smaller than the strain at the bottom of the slab.As the drop weight height changes,the test results differ.The strain,vibration time,and maximum acceleration of non-void cement concrete pavement slabs are much smaller than that of void cement concrete pavement slabs,and the frequency corresponding to the maximum amplitude of void cement concrete pavement slabs is smaller.
