综合康复治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征的临床效果及有效率分析

Analysis of Clinical Effect and Effective Rate of Comprehensive Rehabilitation in the Treatment of Post-stroke Shoulder-hand Syndrome

目的观察综合康复治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征的临床效果及有效率。方法对岳阳职业技术学院附属医院2018年9月至2021年10月的220例脑卒中后肩手综合征患者,严格按照随机化原则分入对照组与实验组,对照组主要进行常规康复训练,实验组主要开展综合康复治疗。对两组康复情况、治疗有效率、症状改善情况、血清指标、生活质量获得的数据结果进行分析。结果针对FMA、VAS、SHSS评分获得的数据结果分析,实验组优于对照组,P<0.05;针对治疗有效率获得的数据结果分析,实验组高于对照组;针对临床症状评分获得的数据结果分析,实验组低于对照组,P<0.05;针对血清指标获得的数据结果分析,实验组优于对照组,针对生活质量获得的数据结果分析,实验组高于对照组,P<0.05。结论给予脑卒中后肩手综合征患者综合康复治疗,能提升患者康复效果,提高治疗有效率,促进肢体功能恢复,减轻临床症状,改善病情,提高生活质量。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect and effective rate of comprehensive rehabilitation in the treatment of post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome.Method:A total of 220 patients with post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome in the Affiliated Hospital of Yueyang Vocational Technical College from September 2018 to October 2021 are divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the principle of complete randomization.The control group mainly receives routine rehabilitation training,while the experimental group mainly receives comprehensive rehabilitation treatment.The data results of rehabilitation,treatment effectiveness,symptom improvement,serum indexes and quality of life of the two groups are analyzed.Results:According to the analysis of FMA,VAS and SHSS scores,the observation group is better than the control group,P<0.05.According to the data analysis of treatment effectiveness,the observation group is higher than the control group.According to the analysis of clinical symptom score,observation group is lower than control group,P<0.05.In terms of the data analysis of serum indexes,the observation group is better than the control group,and in terms of the data analysis of quality of life,the observation group is better than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy for patients with post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome can improve the rehabilitation effect of patients,improve the treatment efficiency,promote the recovery of limb function,reduce clinical symptoms,improve the condition and the quality of life.
