多学科协作诊疗联合PBL教学模式在肿瘤内科临床护理教学中的应用

摘要 目的探讨多学科协作诊疗(MDT)联合PBL教学模式在肿瘤内科临床护理教学中的应用效果。方法以2021年9月至2022年2月,在肿瘤内科实习的88名护生为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组(均为44人),分别采用传统带教模式和MDT联合PBL教学模式,实习时间为6个月,实习结束后比较两组考核成绩、评判性思维、教学效果评价以及教学满意度。结果观察组理论考试、病例分析及护理操作考核成绩,评判性思维各维度得分,学习主动性等指标评分,教学满意度均明显高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义。结论肿瘤内科临床护理教学时采用MDT联合PBL教学模式可以有效增强培训效果,培养护生临床评判性思维,提高护生整体护理能力和临床胜任力,护生教学满意度较高,具有较高推广价值。 Objective To explore the application effect of Multidisciplinary Treatment(MDT)combined with PBL teaching mode in clinical nursing teaching of oncology.Methods 88 nursing interns in the oncology department from September 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group(both 44 interns),taught by traditional teaching mode and MDT combined with PBL teaching mode.The internship lasted for 6 months.After the internship,the assessment scores,critical thinking,teaching effectiveness evaluation,and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The observation group had significantly higher scores in theoretical exams,case analysis,and nursing operation assessments,as well as scores in various dimensions of critical thinking,learning initiative,and other indicators.Their teaching satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group,and there was a statistically significant difference between the groups.Conclusion The use of MDT combined with PBL teaching mode in clinical nursing teaching of oncology department can effectively improve the training effect,cultivate clinical critical thinking of nursing students,improve their overall nursing ability and clinical competence,and have high satisfaction with nursing students′teaching,which has high promotion value.
