摘要
目的通过调查及访谈了解高职护理教师信息化教学能力现状,分析开展信息化教学的要求、存在的问题等,提出提升教师信息化教学能力的对策。方法通过自行设计的问卷对某高职院校68名护理教师进行调查。结果护理教师信息化教学意识较强,但需要进一步提升信息化教学相关软件和设备使用能力、信息化教学设计与实施能力。制约护理教师开展信息化教学的主要因素是授课任务重,缺乏护理信息化技术运用相关培训或激励机制。结论高职院校应进一步加强信息技术和护理教学的有效融合,开展护理信息化技术运用相关培训,完善考核激励机制,助推护理教学信息化改革及教师信息化教学能力的提升。
Objective To investigate and interview the status of informationization teaching ability of higher vocational nursing teachers,analyze the requirements and existing problems of informationization teaching,and propose strategies to improve teachers′informationization teaching ability.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 68 nursing teachers in a higher vocational college.Results Nursing teachers have a strong awareness of informationization teaching,but further improvement is needed in their ability to use software and equipment related to informationization teaching,as well as their ability to design and implement informationization teaching.The main factors restricting nursing teachers from carrying out informationization teaching are the heavy teaching tasks and the lack of training or incentive mechanisms related to the application of nursing information technology.Conclusion Higher vocational colleges should further strengthen the effective integration of information technology and nursing teaching,carry out training on the application of nursing information technology,improve the assessment and incentive mechanism,promote the reform of nursing teaching information technology and the improvement of teachers′information teaching ability.
