我国研究生自杀行为态度Meta分析与健康教育对策

Meta Analysis of Attitudes towards Suicide among Postgraduates and Health Education Countermeasures in China

目的评价我国在校研究生自杀行为态度,为研究生心理健康教育和预防自杀行为提供理论依据。方法系统检索我国在校研究生自杀态度相关文献,进行Meta分析,计算研究生自杀行为肯定态度报告率。结果最终纳入8篇文献,总调查人数8833人。Meta分析显示,我国在校研究生自杀行为肯定态度报告率为22.0%,合并计算的自杀态度问卷总分为(2.80±0.33)分。结论我国在校研究生自杀行为肯定态度报告率较高,对自杀行为总体持矛盾或中立态度。高校及导师要给予积极引导,预防研究生自杀。

Objective To evaluate the attitude towards suicide behavior among postgraduates in China,and provide theoretical basis for mental health education and prevention of suicide behavior among postgraduates.Methods A systematic search was conducted on literature related to suicidal attitudes among postgraduates in China,and a meta-analysis was conducted to calculate the reporting rate of positive attitudes towards suicidal behavior among postgraduates.Results 8 articles were ultimately included,with a total of 8833 respondents.Meta analysis shows that the reporting rate of positive attitudes towards suicide among postgraduates in China is 22.0%,and the total score of the combined suicide attitude questionnaire is(2.80±0.33).Conclusion The positive attitude reporting rate of suicide behavior among postgraduates in China is relatively high,and they generally hold a contradictory or neutral attitude towards suicide behavior.Universities and mentors should provide active guidance to prevent postgraduates from committing suicide.
