基于核酸等温扩增技术金黄色葡萄球菌检测的研究进展

摘要 金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)作为一种食源性致病菌,是导致食品安全和公共卫生事件的主要病原体之一,开发快速准确的金黄色葡萄球菌检测技术是保障食品安全和提高食源性致病菌防控水平的关键措施。核酸等温扩增技术具有检测速度快、灵敏度高和设备简单等优点,在金黄色葡萄球菌检测方面具有很大的应用前景。基于此,该文简要介绍了核酸等温扩增技术的原理及优缺点,主要阐述了核酸等温扩增技术在金黄色葡萄球菌检测上的应用,并总结了目标产物检测技术,为金黄色葡萄球菌等温扩增快速检测技术的开发提供理论支持,为食品安全控制和食源性致病菌监控工作奠定基础。 As a foodborne pathogenic bacterium,Staphylococcus aureus is one of the main pathogens leading to food safety and public health events.The development of rapid and accurate S.aureus detection technology is a key measure to ensure food safety and improve the prevention and control level of foodborne pathogens.The nucleic acid isothermal amplification technology has the advantages of fast detection,high sensitivity and simple equipment,and has great application prospects in the detection of S.aureus.Based on this,the principle,advantages and disadvantages of nucleic acid isothermal amplification technology were briefly introduced,the application of nucleic acid isothermal amplification technology in the detection of S.aureus was described,and the detection technology of target product was summarized,which provided theoretical support for the development of isothermal amplification rapid detection technology of S.aureus,and laid a foundation for food safety control and food-borne pathogens monitoring.
