摘要
采用高速机械混合的方法将低相对分子质量聚丁烯(LMPB)包覆于水滑石(LDH)表面制备了LMPB包覆改性LDH,将其与无规共聚聚丙烯(PPR)熔融共混制备了PPR管材专用料。探讨了改性LDH含量对PPR管材专用料的力学性能、熔体流动速率、维卡软化温度、阻燃性能和微观形貌的影响。结果表明:适量改性LDH提升了PPR管材专用料的缺口冲击强度,加入质量分数5.0%的改性LDH,PPR管材专用料的缺口冲击强度达最大值(24.9 kJ/m^(2))。PPR管材专用料的维卡软化温度和氧指数均随改性LDH含量的增加而提高。加入质量分数40.0%的改性LDH,其维卡软化温度和氧指数分别为136.8℃和27.6%。改性LDH质量分数低于10.0%时,改性LDH在PPR基体中具有良好的分散性。
Low relative molecular mass polybutylene(LMPB)was coated on the surface of hydrotalcite(LDH)by high speed mechanical mixing method to prepare LMPB coated modified LDH.The modified LDH was melt blended with random copolymerized polypropylene(PPR)to prepare PPR pipe special materials.The influence of modified LDH content on the mechanical properties,melt flow rate,Vicat softening temperature,flame retardancy and micro morphology of PPR pipe special materials were investigated.The results show that appropriate amount of modified LDH improves the notch impact strength of PPR pipe special materials,and the notch impact strength of the PPR pipe special materials reach the maximum value(24.9 kJ/m^(2))by adding the mass fraction of 5.0%modified LDH.The Vicat softening temperature and oxygen index of PPR pipe special materials increase with the increase of modified LDH content.When the mass fraction of 40.0%modified LDH is added,the Vicat softening temperature and oxygen index are respectively 136.8℃and 27.6%.When the mass fraction of modified LDH is lower than 10.0%,the modified LDH has good dispersibility in PPR matrix.
