奥硝唑合剂辅助根管填充治疗牙体牙髓病患者的效果

Effects of Ornidazole mixture assisted root canal filling in treatment of patients with dental pulp disease

目的:观察奥硝唑合剂辅助根管填充治疗牙体牙髓病患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2020年11月至2021年1月该院收治的150例牙体牙髓病患者的临床资料,按照治疗方式不同将其分为对照组和观察组各75例。对照组采用常规根管填充治疗,观察组采用奥硝唑合剂辅助根管填充治疗,治疗后随访1年。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后疼痛[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]评分、咬合力水平、咀嚼效率,不良反应发生率和复发率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为94.67%(71/75),高于对照组的78.67%(59/75),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组VAS评分低于对照组,咬合力水平、咀嚼效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为8.00%(6/75),低于对照组的22.67%(17/75),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后随访1年,观察组复发率为12.00%(9/75),低于对照组的2.67%(2/75),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:奥硝唑合剂辅助根管填充治疗牙体牙髓病患者可提高治疗总有效率、咬合力水平和咀嚼效率,降低疼痛评分、不良反应发生率和复发率,效果优于常规根管填充治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of Ornidazole mixture assisted root canal filling in treatment of patients with dental pulp disease.Methods:The clinical data of 150 patients with dental pulp disease admitted to this hospital from November 2020 to January 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,75 cases in each.The control group was treated with conventional root canal filling,while the observation group was treated with Ornidazole mixture assisted root canal filling.These patients were followed up for 1 year after the treatment.The clinical efficacy,the pain[visual analogue scale(VAS)]score,the bite force level,the masticatory efficiency,the incidence of adverse reactions,and the recurrence rate before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.67%(71/75),which was higher than 78.67%(59/75)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the bite force level and masticatory efficiency were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.00%(6/75),which was lower than 22.67%(17/75)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 year of follow-up after the treatment,the recurrence rate of the observation group was 12.00%(9/75),which was lower than 2.67%(2/75)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Ornidazole mixture assisted root canal filling in the treatment of the patients with dental pulp disease can improve the total effective rate,the bite force levels and the masticatory efficiency,and reduce the pain scores,the incidence of adverse reactions and the recurrence rate.Moreover,it is superior to single conventional root canal filling treatment.
