回阳升陷汤联合大株红景天注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛患者的效果

Effects of Huiyang Shengxian decoction combined with large plant Rhodiola injection in treatment of patients with unstable angina pectoris

目的:观察回阳升陷汤联合大株红景天注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2020年5月至2022年10月该院收治的148例UAP患者的临床资料,按照治疗方式不同将其分为观察组和对照组各74例。两组均给予常规西药治疗,对照组给予大株红景天注射液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合回阳升陷汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后症状改善指标水平、心功能指标[左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)]水平、炎性指标[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)、生长分化因子-15(GDF-15)]水平和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为94.59%(70/74),高于对照组的82.43%(61/74),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组硝酸甘油用量、心绞痛发作次数均少于对照组,心绞痛持续时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组LVEF水平高于对照组,LVEDD、LVESD、IL-6、hs-CRP、Lp-PLA2和GDF-15水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:回阳升陷汤联合大株红景天注射液治疗UAP患者可提高治疗总有效率,改善心功能指标水平,降低症状改善指标和炎性指标水平,效果优于单纯大株红景天注射液治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of Huiyang Shengxian decoction combined with large plant Rhodiola injection in treatment of patients with unstable angina pectoris(UAP).Methods:The clinical data of 148 UAP patients admitted to this hospital from May 2020 to October 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods,74 cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional Western medicine treatment.The control group was given large plant Rhodiola injection,while the observation group was treated with Huiyang Shengxian decoction on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the symptom improvement index levels before and after the treatment,the cardiac function indexes[left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)]levels,the inflammatory indexes[interleukin-6(IL-6),highsensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2),growth differentiation factor-15(GDF-15)]levels,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.59%(70/74),which was higher than 82.43%(61/74)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the amount of nitroglycerin and the number of angina pectoris attacks in the observation group were less than those in the control group,the duration was shorter than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the LVEF level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the levels of LVEDD,LVESD,IL-6,hs-CRP,Lp-PLA2 and GDF-15 were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Huiyang Shengxian decoction combined with large plant Rhodiola injection in the treatment of the UAP patients can improve the total effective rate of treatment,improve the levels of cardiac function indexes,and reduce the levels of symptom improvement indexes and inflammatory indicators.Moreover,it is superior to large plant Rhodiola injection treatment.
