Objective:To analyze efficiency of blood routine combined with serum C-reactive protein(CRP)and prealbumin(PA)levels detection in diagnosis of bacterial infectious diseases in children.Methods:125 children with bacterial infectious diseases admitted to this hospital from January to February 2021 were selected as observation group. In addition,100 children who underwent physical examination in the hospital during the same period were selected as control group. The white blood cell count(WBC)and the serum CRP and PA levels were detected in the two groups. The coincidence rates of single and combined detection of serum CRP,PA and WBC levels in the diagnosis of bacterial infectious diseases in the children were compared. Results:The serum CRP and WBC levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the serum PA level was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The coincidence rate of combined detection of serum CRP,PA and WBC in the diagnosis of bacterial infectious diseases in the children was higher than that of each single detection, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The efficiency of blood routine combined with serum CRP and PA level detection in the diagnosis of bacterial infectious diseases in the children is higher than that of each single test.
