力本土农村电商人才培养赋能珠海市乡村振兴第一线——以农村电商人才培养示范基地建设为例

“乡村振兴重在产业振兴,产业振兴关键则在人”,以“依托政府,校地联动;校企合作,突出实战;课证融通,人才保证;专业师资,推进培养;系统支撑,社会服务”的农村电商人才培养模式加大珠海西部地区本土化电商人才培养力度。该文旨在培养珠海乡村地区电商行业紧缺的技术技能型人才,大大促进传统产业提质增效,成为推动乡村产业转型,实现乡村“百业兴旺”目标的重要抓手。

"Industrial revitalization is central to rural revitalization,and the key to industrial revitalization lies in people".In this paper,we believe that we should adhere to the rural e-commerce talent training mode of"relying on the government to implement school and local government interaction;strengthening practice through university-enterprise cooperation;ensuring talent training quality through course teaching and certificate obtaining;promoting the training of talents by specialized faculty;and serving the society by systematic supports",so as to strengthen the training of localized e-commerce talents in the western part of Zhuhai,City and train technical and skilled human resources in short supply in the e-commerce industry in rural areas of Zhuhai,greatly promote the quality and efficiency of traditional industries,and become an important starting point intended to promote the transformation of rural industries and achieve the goal of rural"prosperity".
