面向东盟国际化园艺专业复合型人才培养的研究与实践——以玉林师范学院为例

该文基于广西独特的区位优势及与东盟各国的良性互动,以及玉林师范学院园艺专业培养国际化复合型人才的宗旨,指出当前学校园艺专业面向东盟国际化复合型人才培养过程中存在的问题,并从健全课程培养体系、加强国际交流合作、选派教师赴东盟学习交流等方面提出解决策略,实现教学理念创新和课程体系创新,同时取得较好的人才培养成效,为乡村振兴战略、产业发展输送优质专业人才。

Based on the unique geographical advantages of Guangxi and its benign interaction with ASEAN countries,as well as the purpose of cultivating international compound talents for horticulture majors in Yulin Normal University,this paper points out the problems existing in the process of cultivating international compound talents for horticulture majors in schools,and puts forward some countermeasures from the aspects of perfecting the curriculum training system,strengthening international exchanges and cooperation,and selecting teachers to study in ASEAN.These strategies have helped to realize the innovation of teaching concept and curriculum system,and achieved good results in personnel training,thus providing high-quality professionals for the strategy of rural revitalization and industrial development.
