高职院校科普惠农活动助力乡村振兴的实践探究

高职院校科普惠农活动是推动实现乡村振兴的重要路径,对全面提升新型职业农民素养、提高新型农业经营效率和经济效益、营造良好乡村文化氛围等方面具有重要意义。然而,当前高职院校科普惠农活动存在校内政策支持度不足、科普队伍建设机制不健全、活动目标定位不明确、活动内容不精准、活动形式较单一、活动开展缺少计划性和活动后期总结宣传不到位等内部问题,以及科普政策的制定和实行面临困境、农村基层管理部门对科普惠农活动的参与度较低、乡村文化建设有待进一步加强等外部问题。因此,从内部路径与外部路径入手,建立实效化、常态化、长效化的科普惠农活动机制,是高职院校科普惠农活动高效助力乡村振兴的必由之路。

The activities of popularizing science and benefiting agriculture in vocational colleges are an important way to promote the rural revitalization,which is of great significance to comprehensively improve the quality of new professional farmers,improve the efficiency and economic benefits of new agricultural operation,and create a good rural cultural atmosphere.However,at present,there exist some internal problems such as insufficient policy support in vocational colleges,imperfect construction mechanism of popular science team,unclear target positioning,inaccurate content,single form of activities,lack of planning in the implementation of activities,and inadequate summary and publicity in the later period of activities.Moreover,there are some external problems,such as difficulties in the formulation and implementation of popular science policies,insufficient participation of rural grass-roots administrative departments in the activities of popularizing science and benefiting agriculture,and the construction of rural culture needs to be further strengthened.Therefore,starting with the internal and external paths,the establishment of a practical,normal and long-term mechanism of science popularization and agricultural activities in vocational colleges is the only way to effectively promote the revitalization of rural areas.
