摘要
为解决目前蓄电池在线检测装置无法在线实时测量不同状态下蓄电池内阻大小的问题,提出了一种利用交流电压串入蓄电池回路测量内阻大小的方法。通过对电流、电压信号处理后检测一个交流周期内的最大值和最小值以及峰值的出现时刻,实时精确估算蓄电池内阻大小。通过在Power Simulation和Matlab/Simulink软件中联合搭建的仿真模型进行分析,证明了该方法可在蓄电池不同状态、内阻变化时可快速跟踪内阻大小,最后通过对比不同频率电压串入时仿真结果的不同,证明了串入电压频率的选择应具有一定的合理性。
In order to solve the problem that the current battery online detection device cannot measure the internal resistance of the battery under different conditions online in real time,a method of measuring the internal resistance of the battery using AC voltage in series is proposed.The method detects the maximum and minimum values and the time of occurrence in an AC cycle after processing the current and voltage signals,and accurately estimates the internal resistance of the battery in real time.Through the analysis of the simulation model jointly built in Power Simulation and Matlab/Simulink software,it is proved that the method can quickly track the internal resistance in different states of the battery and when the internal resistance changes.The difference proves that the selection of the frequency of the serial input voltage should be reasonable.
