摘要
某电厂燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组投入运行后出现余热锅炉烟道阻力相对于设计值偏高情况。文章结合机组设计参数及运行方式、烟气体积流量、烟气流通截面积、烟气流场分布等方面确定了余热锅炉烟道阻力偏大的主要原因与初始设计有关,在此基础上给出了燃气轮机运行调整、余热锅炉受热面改造、余热锅炉受热面清灰、余热锅炉流场优化4种工程应用方案。
After the gas steam combined cycle unit of a power plant was put into operation,the resistance of waste heat boiler was higher than the design value.The factors affecting the resistance of waste heat boiler are analyzed,including the design parameters and operation mode of the unit,the volume flow of flue gas,the cross-sectional area of flue gas flow and the distribution of flue gas flow field,and it is determined that the main reason for the excessive resistance of waste heat boiler is related to the initial design.Based on this,four treatment schemes for engineering application are given:gas turbine operation adjustment,residual heat boiler heating surface reconstruction,ash cleaning of waste heat boiler heating surface and optimization of waste heat boiler flow field.
