双反星形整流器的功率密度提升方法研究

摘要 为提高双反星形整流器的功率密度,文章提出了一种基于电力电子变压器的双反星形整流器拓扑。在该拓扑中,电力电子变换器和高频移相变压器构成电力电子变压器取代工频移相变压器,电力电子变换器采用AC-DC-AC式结构。为权衡系统的效率和功率密度,将变压器的工作频率提升至500 Hz。文章分析了两组三相半波整流电路的工作模态,推导了输入线电流和负载电压的解析表达式。仿真和实验均表明,该拓扑可在复制传统双反星形整流器性能的基础上,将变压器的体积降至工频变压器的1/3,提高系统的功率密度。 In order to improve the power density of the double-star uncontrolled rectifier,this paper proposes a double-star uncontrolled rectifier topology based on power electronic transformer.In this topology,the power electronic converter and the high frequency phase shifting transformer form a power electronic transformer to replace the line frequency phase shifting transformer,and the power electronic converter adopts an AC-DC-AC structure.To balance the efficiency and power density of the system,the operating frequency of the transformer is increased to 500 Hz.The operating modes of the two sets of three-phase half-wave rectifiers are analyzed,and the analytical expressions of input line current and load voltage are derived.Both simulation and experiments show that the topology can reduce the volume of the transformer to 1/3 of the line frequency transformer and improve the power density of the system while keeping consistent with the performance of the traditional double-star uncontrolled rectifier.
