基于现代产业学院的产教融合育人模式探究

Research on the Mode of Industry-Education Integration for Modern Industrial Colleges

文章简要分析了现代产业学院的基本内涵,阐述了基于现代产业学院的“1+1+1+N+N”产教融合校企合作模式,强调在产教融合的过程中至少应该体现“六个1/3”。以重庆科创职业学院为例,从人才培养方案、课程体系、实践教学体系、教育教学资源、专业师资团队、考核评价标准等六个方面分析了具体实施路径。最后,提出了两方面的保障机制。对于正在探索基于现代产业学院的产教融合育人模式的院校有一定的指导和借鉴意义。

The basic connotation of modern industrial college was briefly analyzed.The"1+1+1+N+N"college-enterprise cooperation mode of industry-education integration based on the modern industrial college was expounded,and at least six"1/3"should be reflected in the process of industry-education integration.Taking Chongqing Creation Vocational College as an example,the specific implementation path was analyzed from six aspects:talent training program,curriculum system,practical teaching system,education and teaching resources,professional teachers and assessment and evaluation standards.At last,two guarantee mechanisms were put forward.It has certain guidance and reference significance for colleges and universities that are exploring the mode of industry-education integration based on modern industrial colleges.
