摘要
新文科建设是我国文科创新发展的重要机遇。成人教育学具有人文性和社会科学性,属于传统“文科”范畴。新文科注重实践导向、跨界融合、技术赋能以及文化自信的理念内核,与成人教育学的学科目标、学科范畴、学科路径以及学科信念高度一致,这为面向“新文科”的成人教育学学科建设奠定了基础。从学科现状看,成人教育学发展与其时代使命仍存较大差距。新文科建设将在学科建设方向、知识生产范式和人才培养模式上为成人教育学带来深远影响。新文科语境下,面对学科边缘化危机,成人教育学要促进学科建设与时代需求相融合,基于学科属性和学科范畴,准确定位学科功能,强化战略性责任、社会性责任和学术性责任担当:以学科交叉建设为导向,培养复合型创新人才;探索设置成人教育专业学位类型,增强人才岗位胜任力;以平民性为价值指引,促进学科与民生发展相融合;强化学科建设技术融入,推进成人教育智慧化;构建中国特色学科体系,提升学科互鉴能力。
The construction of new liberal arts is an important opportunity for the innovative development of liberal arts in China.Adult pedagogy,with its humanistic and social scientific nature,belongs to the realm of“liberal arts”.The conceptual core of new liberal arts focusing on practice orientation,cross-border integration,technological empowerment and cultural confidence is highly consistent with the disciplinary goal,scope,path and belief of adult pedagogy,which lays a foundation for the construction of new liberal arts in adult pedagogy.From the perspective of current situation of the discipline,there is still a big gap between adult pedagogy’development and its mission of the times.The construction of new liberal arts will bring far-reaching impact on adult pedagogy in the direction of discipline construction,knowledge production paradigm and talent training mode.Under the context of new liberal arts,facing the crisis of discipline marginalization,adult pedagogy shall promote the integration of discipline construction with the needs of the times,accurately locate the functions of disciplines based on the disciplinary attributes and scope,and strengthen the strategic,social and academic responsibilities.Specifically,we should take interdisciplinary construction as an orientation to cultivate compound and innovative talents,explore the establishment of professional degree education based on adult pedagogy to enhance the competence of talents,take commonality as a value guide to promote the integration of the discipline and people’s livelihood development,strengthen the integration of technology in discipline construction to promote the intellectualization of adult pedagogy,and build a discipline system with Chinese characteristics to enhance the ability of mutual learning between disciplines.
