不同黄贮处理对玉米秸秆沼气发酵影响研究

摘要 针对秸秆收获的季节性与沼气发酵全年均衡性间的矛盾,同时考虑秸秆难降解问题,采用添加复合微生物菌剂以及调节含水率两种方法,研究不同黄贮处理对玉米秸秆沼气发酵的影响。结果表明,添加菌剂可以加速黄贮玉米秸秆酸化过程,菌剂添加浓度为0.5‰时更有利于玉米秸秆的长期黄贮保存,使玉米秸秆在黄贮6个月后的产沼气潜力相对黄贮前提升4.7%~8.6%。在50%~70%的含水率范围内,含水率越低,玉米秸秆黄贮品质越好。更为重要的是,相对于添加菌剂,控制较低的含水率可能更有利于以沼气化利用为目的的玉米秸秆长期黄贮。当含水率为50%时,玉米秸秆黄贮6个月后的产沼气潜力相对黄贮前提升29.2%。 Aiming at the contradiction between the seasonal harvest of straw and the annual equilibrium of anaerobic digestion,and considering the problem of difficult degradation of straw,the effects of different yellow silage treatments on anaerobic digestion of corn stalk were studied by adding complex microbial agent and adjusting water content.The results showed that the addition of microbial agent could accelerate the acidification process of corn stalk in yellow silage.When the addition concentration of microbial agent was 0.5‰,it was more conducive to the long-term storage of corn stalk by yellow silage,and the biogas production potential of corn stalk after 6 months in yellow storage was increased by 4.7%~8.6%compared with that before yellow storage.In the range of 50%~70%of moisture content,the lower the moisture content,the better the yellow silage quality of corn silage.More importantly,the control of lower moisture content may be more conducive to the long-term yellow silage of corn straw for biogas utilization than the addition of microbial agent.When the moisture content was 50%,the biogas production potential of corn stalk after 6 months of yellow silage was 29.2%higher than that before yellow silage.
