长链非编码RNA linc00978在卵巢癌组织中的表达及与预后的关系

Expression of long non-coding RNA linc00978 in ovarian cancer tissues and its correlation with clinical prognosis

目的研究检测卵巢癌组织中长链非编码RNA(LncRNA)linc00978的表达水平,探讨linc00978表达与患者临床病理特征的相关性及预后的关系。方法选取卵巢癌患者病理组织及同期正常卵巢组织,采用荧光定量PCR(real-time quantitative PCR,RT-qPCR)检测82例卵巢癌组织与43例正常卵巢组织中linc00978的表达水平,并分析linc00978的表达水平与患者临床病理特征之间的关系。采用Kaplan-Meier法绘制生存曲线,分析linc00978表达与预后的关系。结果linc00978在卵巢癌组织中的表达水平高于正常卵巢组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。linc00978的表达水平与肿瘤的分化程度及FIGO分期相关(P<0.05),与年龄无关(P<0.05)。通过生存分析显示,linc00978高表达的患者中位生存时间为27个月,低表达患者的中位生存时间为49个月,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),linc00978高表达患者的预后较差。结论linc00978在卵巢癌组织中表达升高,且与患者的临床特征及预后相关,高表达的卵巢癌患者预后较差。

Objective To investigate the expression level of long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)linc00978 in ovarian cancer tissues,and to explore the correlation of the expression of linc00978 with the clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis of ovarian cancer patients.Methods Ovarian cancer tissues and paired normal ovarian tissues were collected from ovarian cancer patients treated in our hospital.Real-time quantitative PCR(RT-qPCR)was used to detect the expression level of linc00978 in 82 ovarian cancer tissues and 43 normal ovarian tissues.The correlation between the expression level of linc00978 and the clinicopathological characteristics of patients was analyzed.The Kaplan-Meier method was used to draw the survival curve and the correlation between the expression of linc00978 and the prognosis of ovarian cancer was analyzed.Results The expression levels of linc00978 in ovarian cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in normal ovarian tissues(P<0.01).The expression level of linc00978 was correlated with the degree of tumor differentiation and the International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics(FIGO)staging in ovarian cancer(P<0.05),however,which was not correlated with patient’s age(P<0.05).Survival analysis showed that the median survival time of ovarian cancer patients with high expression of linc00978 was significantly lower than those with low expression of linc00978(27 months vs 49 month,P<0.05).The prognosis of ovarian cancer patients with high expression of linc00978 was worse.Conclusion Linc00978 is overexpressed in ovarian cancer tissues,which is correlated with the clinical characteristics and prognosis of ovarian cancer patients.Moreover,ovarian cancer patients with high expression of linc00978 have a worse prognosis.
