后路减压植骨治疗脊柱骨折的有效性

Therapeutic efficacy of posterior decompression and bone grafting on spinal fractures

目的分析脊柱骨折应用后路减压植骨治疗的具体方法,探究其临床疗效。方法研究对象选入时间自2020年1月至2021年12月,总计选入100例脊柱骨折患者为研究对象,按照手术方法不同,分为对照组(50例,椎弓根螺钉内固定术治疗)和研究组(50例,椎弓根螺钉内固定术+后路减压植骨治疗),比较临床治疗效果。结果研究组治疗后疼痛评分、ODI功能障碍指数均较对照组显著更低(P<0.05);治疗后伤椎高度、Cobb角均较对照组显著更高(P<0.05);各项脊髓神经功能评分治疗后与对照组比较均显著更高(P<0.05);研究组临床总疗效显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论后路减压植骨治疗脊柱骨折患者,能够有效改善其疼痛症状及脊柱功能障碍问题,患者伤椎高度、Cobb角会在治疗后有显著提升,脊髓神经功能恢复效果良好,对提高临床疗效具有重要作用,适合普及使用。

Objective To analyze the specific methods of posterior decompression and bone grafting in the treatment of spinal fracture and its clinical efficacy.Methods From January 2020 to December 2021,a total of 100 patients with spinal fractures were selected as the study subjects.According to different surgical methods,they were allocated to the control group(50 cases,pedicle screw internal fixation)and the study group(50 cases,pedicle screw internal fixation plus posterior decompression and bone grafting).Clinical efficacy was compared.Results After treatment,the pain score and the Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)in the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the height and Cobb angle of the injured vertebra in the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of spinal cord nerve function in the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The overall clinical efficacy in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of posterior decompression and bone grafting in the treatment of patients with spinal fracture can effectively alleviate their pain symptoms and spinal dysfunction.The height of the injured vertebra and Cobb angle of the patients can be significantly improved after treatment,and the recovery effect of spinal nerve function is good.It plays an important role in improving the clinical efficacy and is suitable for universal use.
