牙周炎和动脉粥样硬化共同危险因素及相关机制研究进展

摘要 牙周炎是动脉粥样硬化疾病发展的诱发因素,是由菌群失调引发的宿主体内局部炎性反应。动脉粥样硬化是炎症的异常激活和脂质过度累积为特征的慢性动脉疾病。牙周炎和动脉粥样硬化之间存在一定的联系。牙周组织通常受病原体相关分子、宿主衍生的促炎细胞因子的影响,这些同时也是影响动脉粥样硬化进展的关键分子。miRNA诱导的炎症信号途径中分子失调可引发牙周炎和动脉粥样硬化的发展。本文就两者的共同危险因素、相关的生物学机制的研究进展进行综述,以期为牙周炎和动脉粥样硬化疾病的临床诊治提供理论依据。 Periodontitis is a predisposing factor for the development of arteriosclerosis,which is a local inflammatory response in the host caused by dysbiosis.Arteriosclerosis is a chronic arterial disease characterized by abnormal activation of inflammation and excessive accumulation of lipids.In recent years,a number of studies have suggested a link between periodontitis and arteriosclerosis.Periodontal tissues are often influenced by pathogen-associated molecules and host-derived proinflammatory cytokine,which are also key molecules involved in arteriosclerosis development.MiRNA-induced molecular dysregulation in the inflammatory signaling pathways can trigger the development of periodontitis and arteriosclerosis.In this review,we describe the common risk factors for periodontitis and arteriosclerosis,and the underlying mechanisms,aiming to provide theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
